Who's Charlie?

In 1968, most of the young men in the small town of Dolanwood, Minnesota, found themselves being drafted to fight in the Vietnam War. One of the young men was Jim Fisher who, like the rest of the draftees, was terrified at the prospect of getting killed while fighting overseas. When Jim’s older brother, Paul, returns home from the war, the citizens of Dolanwood become uneasy as a wave of mysterious deaths plague the once-peaceful community. Paul claims that the enemy have a plan to prevent more American soldiers from going to their country to fight by using a mysterious ritual rooted in witchcraft. But are his claims true, or are they merely delusions from the disturbed mind of a Vietnam vet battling PTSD?
