In the fast paced life that people lead today, most of them lose focus of the one thing they should pay the maximum attention to, which is health. If you are not healthy, you can’t live your best life. Working all those hours may help you get a successful life, but your negligence towards your body will make you too ill to enjoy it. If you are reading this, you have probably realized that you need to make some changes.

An essential part of leading a healthy life is a healthy diet. Most people hardly pay attention to what or how much they eat these days. However, this is one of the leading causes of your body being in the state it is now. Another thing that has affected our lives is all the options out there on what you can eat. This is one of the main reasons why the majority of the population is overweight or diagnosed with diseases like type two diabetes. So if you don’t want to be one of those people or make improvements, if you already are, this is the right place to be.

As people are becoming more conscious of their bodies, one of their primary goals is to lose weight. But they are all going about it the wrong way. All the fad diets out there are misleading and giving false hope to people. However, one diet which I genuinely believe works is the ketogenic diet. In this book, I am going to tell you exactly why I believe the keto diet works and how you can use it to get fit. It is not like other fad diets that tell you to eat less or only eat a choice few vegetables. They may claim to help you lose weight in a week, but they rarely work and are not a healthy option at all. The keto diet is very contrasting to such diets and tells you to eat more of something all other diets ban, that is fats. It may sound astounding, but once you read the rest of the book, you’ll see why it makes sense. This diet is all about eating more fats and proteins while you cut down on carbs from your diet. You can eat as much as you want in a healthy way but without having to count calories. This diet is something that follows how our ancestors ate care freely without having to worry about their weight.

What you need to understand is that fats are not your enemy and never have been. The reason you have gained all that excess weight is mostly due to the processed foods sold everywhere. The food industry has influenced our diet in a very unhealthy way. The fact is wholesome natural foods will always be better than any processed food. The latter contains all kinds of harmful additives and is in no way as nutritious as the former. You now need to learn and make better choices by eating a balanced diet with healthy natural fats, proteins, and minimal carbohydrates. This is how you can lose weight and get in shape. You will also see that you are more energetic and happier than ever before. Food influences your life to a significant extent, so it is important to eat better if you want to live better, and this book will help you do just that!

The In-Between
by William Olive

We all have a beginning. We all have an end. It’s what we do in the in-between that seals our eternal existence. John wrote, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End” (Rev 22:13, NIV). “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty” (Rev 1:8, NIV).

In our in-between, children, honor your mother and father. Parents, raise your children by the word of God. Live a quiet life, love one another, help those in need. “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40, NIV).

The in-between, the children we are blessed with are precious to us, only second to God. The in-between, the span in the middle of our lives connecting beginning to end, the name in the middle connecting the first and last, may our lives be rich with everything God has for us.
